ND 11/2/00 waiting - spoke to IIO this morning

Spoke to IIO this morning around 9am. She wouldn\'t say if it was with an officer or not, but she said I should expect a decision soon - within 1-2 weeks.

I had called 5 weeks ago and was told 2-4 weeks then, so I asked if the file had gotten lost or forgotten or whatever. She said no, checked the FP and I-140 and apparently they have all of that.

Fingers crossed.

FP 09/28/2001 (YES Sept 28th 2001 -apparently they forgot to send and i had to ask them to send one )

The case (RD 10/00, ND 11/00)is still being reviewed. No decision has been made yet. Unknow how many days that may need (not even 4-6 weeks the usual answer). Seems a long tortue ahead of me.
 
spoke to iio yesterday... (ND: Nov 2000)

My case was assinged to iio 3 weeks ago. She said my case has been reviewing,
can\'t tell what was wrong for the delay. She asked me if I can give her my i-140
EAC#. She tried to check if iio is waiting for my i-145 from NSC ( I couldn\'t give
her because I didn\'t have it with me at that moment).
My i-140 approved already and I got the approved paper on Sept 2000. And I filed
with my i-485 on Oct 10, 2000.
My question is...
1. Why they need to send it to NSC or whatever for approval for that again???
2. Or do they send it to NSC only for ones hasn\'t neen approved until they filing i-
485? Can any one answer please?

She said they are processing Dec 1st now. but there are a lot of ND Oct and Nov
case still in processing. A LOT!

I hope we all hear something good very soon.
