ND:10/99, Got RFE\'ed...

Called iio this morning to find out that an RFE has been raised for my case today. The iio mentioned that the request for printing the RFE has gone to the typing pool this morning (4/4/01) and it would take about 20 more days to mail it out. So, the wait starts again...

Received the actual RFE today. It is for -

1. Employment Letter
2. 1999 Tax Return
3. 1999 and 2000 W-2\'s
4. Last one month\'s pay stubs

Same here, Found out RFE was mailed out on 04/12, for me and my wife.
What surprises me is why an RFE for my Wife? EB3 PD 08/96, ND 10/99 FP 03/06, IND

In my case, the RFE was only for me. There was RFE for my wife and the iio confirmed that both our applications were bound together.

Did you give your employer any letter of intention to stay with the company for some period of time so that they can give a letter to INS?
