ND 10/99 , FP from VSC so far

Hi Guys,
I have posted this discussion earlier too..
But now I am getting desperate. My ND is 10/4/99
EB2 India RIR PD 9/98.
I haven\'t got FP yet and my attorney says It might take some
more time as they are sending FP randomly. I tried to contact
VSC several times for the past 1 week, but am not able to get
thru the stupid line.
Are there any 10/99 applicants still waiting for FP ??
Any valuable suggestion would be of great help.

Hi,

MY ND is also 10/99 and I just received the FP notice today for March 7th. Have patience, you should get it in few days. Try working on those phones as you don\'t want to miss any scheduled appointment. In my case I have to go to my lawyers office now to get the original notice as there is not much time.

I am in the same boat as yours. This early morning, I posted my
result from INS in VM ( I called them this early morning). As my
first email described, I were luck to meet a nice officer. This
afternoon(just now). The officer called me and told me my Finger
print notice would be sent to me again. and my FP date is next week.
I would think that you should call INS officer again and told them that many people already got FN and their NDs are later then yours.
In this way, INS officer will pull out your whole recode and check for you. It is very hard to call INS officers, since their phone line
are always very busy. You should call them before their office is open, and hold the line until they are open. In this way, you can go
thr. although you pay more for the call.

Is your date is current. If not you MAY not get FP notice. I have seen this with many other people whose date is not current and did not get FP notices though ND is current as per VSC

I just wanted to let you know I too haven\'t received FP notice (Jan 2000 ND)and IIO at VSC says that it will take another 6 months. I hope it gives you some relief.

I can very weell realte to your anxiety.
My ND is 10/7/99 and I kept calling VSC and would get the same answer everytime - wait another 4-6 weeks. Called up me lawyer and guess what - VSC had sent out the FP notice on 2/5 itself and my stupid lawyer was sitting on it ! FP scheduled for 3/5 and I just got the notice yesterday in hand.

You might have to shake some people to get yours as I am sure they have sent out one for you.. they are on Feb2000 ND now for FP.
