My FP got rejected and went for FP on 5/9/01
PD 12/98
I485 ND 10/99
EAC-00-012-
Till date no news, I asked law office to enquire and got message on 6/9/01 wait for 30-60 days.
Is there any one who has gone for second time FP and waiting..
Please post your details. & help me..

ND 11/09/99, still waiting ...

Could you post your EAC number.
In my case RD 10/7/99 & ND 10/18/99 while EAC is 00-012-
this makes case of Jan 2000 and not october 99.

My RD/ND Oct 99, I contacted the congressmans\' office and in 2 weeks my case was approved - July 3rd. Why not try calling your congreesman.

Can you please post the sample letter to congressman, please? Did you contact their DC office or local office in your state?

I am in the same boat.
EB2, RIR, ND:02/09/00, FP done: 03/17/01
Wife got FP redo, She did it on 04/16/01
Called INS several time. The case is on "60 day hold after FP" shelf.
I think, once you get second FP, it goes to that shelf.

I did not write any letter , However i got the address and tephone # of local congressmans office from this site http://www.house.gov/house/MemberWWW.html

I called them and went there with 485 receipt and other mis papers. The case worker called up the INS in my presence, The INS confirmed that everything in my file looked alright, however it would take 60 days for the decision. I was disappointed then, but seems like that call helped.
