I didn\'t ask her that but she told me it can happen any time, If I don\'t hear anything within 2 weeks call back agian

Hope they will clear all pending OCT cases in one or two weeks time.
Almost all are assigned to officer.
 
FYI: My Case assigned to officer on Aug 22nd

My I140 was approved for CP ( I did not ask for it )
Filed fo AOS, ND OCT-16

When I called them on 7 th August, my case status was pending.
Looks like our cases are sitting on the desk of a slow working officer.

yesterday when I called IIO (she) says that my case is assigned on august 22nd. So hopefully mine and keerthana approvals should be around same time
