I was asked to send Two Years Earning Statements. Does thes mean I have to send all pay stubs for Two Years???

I guess you can send them the w2\'s for the last two years. It gives them how much you made for each year. I beieve that\'s what they are looking for. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!

If my salary is less than the amt mentioned in the labor certification will it be a problem?

I don\'t think so. GC is for future employment. So if you are now making equal to or more than what was in Labor Cert. it should be OK. Check with your attorney though.

Basically you have to send them W2 statements for the last two years. As a safe bet, I would send the Tax Filing showing that you have filed for taxed would be good too. Don\'t worry about the salary info no matter how different it is because at this stage it is irrelavant. Hope you get the approval soon.

Regarding your Earnings, Are you going to meet the street estimates or announce warnings ??
