ND 10/2000 who have not yet been approved, please reply, let\'s keep track

Not yet approve. RD=Sep 21, 2000; ND=Oct 19, 2000; FP=Jan 2, 2001.
A REF letter was issued for my wife\'s medical on August 30, 2001.
Did the medical and submitted to my attorney last week. Hopefully,
he submitted to VSC by now!!!

ND 09/22/00 - Not lucky yet

My (as well as my wife\'s) ND is 09/22/00. My wife got an RFE, we sent the reply back and INS received it on 08/20/01. IIO says it takes 30 to 45 days after the RFE is received and the application has been sent for review.

DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW LONG IT IS TAKING FOR THE RFEs TO GET PROCESSED? WHAT TIME OF THE DAY DOES THE AVM GET UPDATED?

Any information is well appreciated. I keep checking the AVM. Every it keeps repeating the same message for both of us.

ND 10/02/00, no RFE, no company name change, no CP. Case been with officer for more than 6 weeks. Still waiting.

called 2 weeks ago... IIO said "case in final stage" ....what that means?

I am getting conflicting info from VSC and also friends over here.

Any idea - when we can expect?

Looks like they are busy with Nov and going ahead with Dec, leaving Oct stagnant. Sorry, Ia m not being pessimistic, just my observation. aAnyone spoke with iio and any info?-Thanks
