ND 10/2000 . Are we getting FP calls now.

Can anyone tell me if FP as are being done now for ND after August and
has to be rezone for all those expired when it is time for approval. My lawyer was saying this when I asked how come some people
are getting FP calls now when people have been waiting since long.
Anybody knows what procedure is being taken for these cases.

Also how do I find whether I got a call for FP. Do I get it or my lawyer gets it.

Wel I dont know much details but I know that if you have a lawer then definetly the notice for FP goes to the lawer and NEVER comes directly to you.

Another guy I know from ND OCT got his finger print notice. Will I get mine?????

Dealing with INS has never been fun. It is just one more agony. I guess your friend who got his FP is from country other than India or China.
