Well, I posted my details several times but here they are again:

RD 08/00, ND 08/00, PD 06/99, TD 04/01, ID 06/19/01.
Affidavits were rejected during interview and Birth Cert
was submitted. Waiting for approval from Baltimore.

GMC01, Just I renewd My H1 in Feb.\'2001 and valid upto jan.\'2003 .

I should wait for interview instead of applying for new(first time) EAD . Before my interview i can file I-485 for my spouse right.

My company paid to Lawyer $1110 for H1B extension in Feb.\'2001 .
I will check with my company lawyer also if i do owe this $500 amount.

Thanks NickI485. I believe your company paid for everything.
INS fee for H1 renewal is $110...I\'m assuming that the $1000
difference is for your lawyer\'s fee and the $500 I\'m talking
about.

I shall wait for your posting again.

How often should you check with the baltimore office concerning the interview date..Case was transferred on Apr 25, 2001, nothing yet. I checked in Mid June and there was nothing. Any ideas ?
I do not want to keep pestering them or at least seem like that.

I guess it won\'t hurt,if anyone checks with them about their case once a month and also you are fast approaching 90 days after TD. Try giving them a call first if you can find your status on telephone( I guess someone has suggested this no : 410-962-7449) otherwise give it a shot and visit them.

They applied as new H1 not extension .. That is why fees was $1110(Acc. to new h1 fees\'s law ). And i got h1 for three years .
