Just checking but you say your ND was in January *2004*? Percentage-wise hardly anyone from 2004 has been approved as far as I know. The official processing date is currently 06/01/03 and many, many people prior to that date still haven't been approved.
I'd say you could be in for a wait of at least 4 - 8 months or longer still.
Are you sure you didn't mean 01/13/03? That would make more sense -- especially given that you say you've done your FP 2x. In that case, you might still have at least a few months to go -- that date is apparently being handled by a location which is also handling 2002 and older cases (with another center handling April - October 2003 cases which is why these people might be getting approved before you).
