Called IIO and find out case\'s been approved on 02/20/01. Very happy!!! Here is the Detail: EB3 China PD:06/98 ND:09/13/99 FP:08/00 RFE(empl ltr):02/02/01(INS rcvd). AD:02/20/01. Waiting for notice.
Some personal experience on follow-to-join case. Hope it helps. Got married after filing my I485. Husband filed 5 months later. Did FP back to 08/99, husband just got FP notice last week since his I485 ND is 01/00. Got approved now, as per IIO, husband still has 3-4 months to go. Seems like they treat the cases completely seperate. Don\'t expect yours will speed up the following case, neither it\'ll slow down yours.

Congratulations and good luck on your "green" pursuit.

That was a useful piece of info. I filed my 485 in JUL 00 and have FP done and got married and my wife filed in 01/01. Her case is not even found in the AVM, but per the IIO it was there physically. I was assuming that even hers will be approved with mine and will slow mine down (per the IIO it would be alongwith mine). Anyway she is on an H4
and i hope i get mine approved before hers so I can quit safely when hers gets approved (few months later hopefully)
