why dont u call IIO?

Today i called IIO and according to him they are doing cases for dec 1st week.
 
Pending ...

Called IIO 4 times sofar. Last time I got the reply, the case is still "Pending". I am not sure, what to do next.
 
did u specifically ask...

that if you have an RFE or something? But for your date you should ahve received RFe by now if at you had one.
Did you do 140 for CP?
maybe your 140 papers have gone to NVC or something like some other folks here.

Sorry for asking personal questions. Does your spouse work too or did ever work? Sometimes converting from H4 to H1 does cause more delays.
 
I applied for AOS

Actually when I called on August 2001 IIO told me, my case was in a working area. When I called last week IIO says, my case was Pending. Not sure, what they mean exactly. FP checked, it was OK. IIO is not giving any other information.

My spouse is not working. But actually, we got the EAD but we did not use it. Please let me know, what other options left out.
