I am really worried now, looks like a set of applications with my dates are completely ignored. no RFE, no approval. I even saw some applications getting transfered to local INS. I dont want that but atleast they got to the application.
I wonder if they misplaced a set of applications received at the end of july.
lets wait and see.
If anybody with these dates talk to IIO please post here

Please talk to your lawyers and see if there is anything they can do to remind INS about our cases.
I am in the same boat. See people with later NDs getting approvals and we are still waiting. I am worried that INS will continue processing Sept onward cases, very soon holiday season will be here, there will be slow downs and we will keep waiting for a looooong time. Sounds pessimistic, but I remember applicants from Aug/Sept\'98 went thru\' similar phase.
I think we all should keep bugging our lawyers to take some action rather than passively waiting and not doing anything.
