Our I-485's have been approved on may 11 2004. We got our passport stamped this morning. We went there at 6.00 a.m and got out of INS by 9.00 a.m. The officer was nice. My wifes first name was mis printed in the approval notice then the officer took a copy of affidavit of birth and corrected it.

here are my details..

ND: 07/01/2002
2 EAD's , 1 AP
FP: 06/20/2003
Approval date May 11 2004

I know that curretnly TSC is processing April-March 2002 cases with FP 12-15 months( based on some pattern) Couple of weeks ago i had sent a letter to TSC mentioning that my fp is going expire and i wrote "Expedite process requested" on the enevelope,in fact i got the letter format from this forum and i guess the letter triggered my approval

This forum was a great help to me in reducing my frustration,anxiety...sleepless nights. This forum has
educated me a lot in immigration matters...Thanks a lot...

First of all, i take this opportunity to congratulate you.

Please be kind enough to post the format and content of the letter and also what exactly did you send to TSC.

I am in the similar situation and i hope they can do some thing before my FP expires. (Actually, i should say, i should do some thing)

My details.

ND:RD: 03/02
FP: 03/03

So in another month, my FP expires.

Please throw some light, what do everyone think of my chances of shaking some things to draw attention to my case.

So glad to see another 2002 filer got approved, hope to see lots of 02 cases approved.

I did send and fax a letter to TSC on April 19, 2004, so far nothing happen. Here is my detail:
I-485 ND: 05/01/2002
FP: 04/16/2003
3 EAD, 2AP, 3rd Ap waiting?

Ranga,

Thank you for posting the helpful information. I am confused about your FP expiring date. Your FP was on 6/20/03 and it should expire on 9/20/04 while your letter stated expiring on 5/11/04. Am I missing sth or was it for quicker attention? Thanks!

You are right..my fp expires on 09/20/2004 , but the letter i have posted is a sample letter which i had got it from this forum some time back and i had saved it on my computer and just cut and pasted the same with out editing the date part...the date in the sample letter is just an example date..

sorry for the confusion
