Thanks.

Guys, file I-485

Guys, i think you should consider filing I-485 using the I-140 receipt notice. The more you delay the no. of AOS applicants will go ahead of you in the queue. (it again depends on the employer whether he will accept it or not).

same here too

I am also waiting for my EB1-OR approval, may filler, its hard- patience test, have almost everything ready for concurrent filling and confused in the case of worst situation, its a risk to go for concurrent filling for the EB1 category. hope to have the approval soon, pl keep posted if you hear anything
thanks

Hi Skusa
Why are you afraid of concurrent filling?

I got recently EA came through, and now I am afraid to file the concurrent EB-2 1-140 , because I don't know if they will cancel the previous EB-1.
I don't know what is better- to wait or to file.

thank you

thank you for the message.
your EB1-EA got approved, what is your notice date and approval date.
the immigration coordinator at the school asked me to wait and she said that concurrent filling is not of much help unless the I-140 is approved, so you save may be a week or two but not really of great help

ND: 04/18/2002, still waiting for I140 approval. also I have filed for 485/EAD/AP last week.

EB1 VSC tracker

EB1-OR
MD: May 23
RD: Jun 14
AD:?

Preparing documents to file 485 in 1-2 weeks

We should have a EB1-OR/EA/NIW I-140 tracker for VSC since it appears that EB-1 cases are proceeding much slower than EB2 or 3

very slow

EB1 approvals have been very slow ate VSC, hope they start approving these cases and backlogs, its frustrating to wait for long...
pl keep posted if any info
thanks

I have heard the same that concurrent filing is not of much use - as it functions more as premium processing for other categories. In other words higher number of RFE's for concurrent filers. You should weigh the risks vs benefit.
