ND 03/2003 and still waiting ? Any one in my boat ?

I think eveyone approved except me who filed their 485 on or before March 2003.

I don't know why I am not approved yet ?
I initiate 4 times inquiry but every time they told me to wait another 60 days without giving proper reason.
