ND-03/08/01 - FP Appointment Notice not yet received?

Hello Friends,

My EB2/RIR/485 ND is 03/08/01;WAC-01-124-????? and I have not yet received my FP Appointment Notice. I would like to know, whether people with same (or earlier or later) ND have received their FP notice from CSC or not. Thanks for the information.

Mine ND is same as u 03/08/01 and i got my FP notice on 03/29/01 ..did FP on 03/30/01 ...wac-01-124-***** did u get ur AP and EAD?

Thanks for the reply. No, I did not apply for AP or EAD (H1 is valid and can be extended, if needed). May be that\'s why my FP notice is delayed because of no AP or EAD application.

ND - 03/08/01 . No FP yet. WAC-01-124-XXX
Applied for AP and EAD together with 485. AP approved
and received 04/16/01. EAD and FP pending.
By the way, the avm still says my 485 and EAD wac nos. are
not available in the system

WAC-120-XXXX - no FP yet.
Recd AP 10 days ago.
I heard that CSC sends out receipts , FP notices etc twice a month - around 22 and 8th. This is just speculation i read from this board by members who tracked the spate of receipt notices and FP notices for a few months :):) NOT CONFIRMED NEWS!!! (no need to call IIO to confirm this!). so i am eagerly awaiting my FP notice this week. if I don\'t get it this week, i\'ll look for it after the 8th of next month.
I wish that you all get the FP notices ASAP. Good Luck and I will post my status here ...

i am not following up on my EAD.
the WAC# for ead is available on AVM. but i did not check it recently (as it is lowest on my priority list). i will call and find the status and update on this board if anyhting new has happened.

I had received my FP notice on 19th of March.

Also AP and EAD were not applied for me. My ND is 02/16/01
and FP Noitce received date was 03/19/01 .

FP was done on 03/29/01.

My spouse had similar dates as me and EAD was approved on 04/04/01
and EAD Card was ordered on 04/13/01 and received by us on 04/19/01.
