ND03/02 I have no finger prints EVER! and I called the 1-800 number and their response was that I am not supposed to have FP yet and that my case will not be looked at for another year.....

What do you guys think?
 
My ND/RD was Feb 1/02 and I did my FP last April. I guess it's just luck when they send you FP notice. Your ND/RD probably just missed the cutoff for FP.

tx11 where did u get this information? Very interesting, my
RD/ND May 2002 and no FP yet. Wondered if the INS dog ate our papers???? :eek:
 
I have 2 friends with RD/ND April 2002 and both have done their FPs. I guess May is when it stopped. Infact one of them even has got an RFE.

It doesn't make sense. The posted info shows that 02 and 03 ND are getting approved at TSC.

There is no rhyme or reason as to how they send out the FP notices, me and my wife have the same ND 01/09/2003 and I'm the primary for the I-485, she got FP notice in November, 03 and her online status says that the FP have been received on Dec 01, 2003 and they are reveiwing it. I have still not received the FP notice and she is the beneficiary on the I-485 application...go figure and then a very close freind of mine have a ND of May, 03 and they both the husband and wife got the FP notice in July, 03...
