Hi Guys,
Checked the AVM just now, it said both my and my spouse
cases were approved on June 6th.

Here is the detail:
RD: 01/01
ND: 02/08/01 (WAC-01-099-x)
FP: 03/21/01
Approved on 06/06/01

I visited this site very frequently lately. Thanks Ciba for maintaining this great site and the rest for sharing valuable information. Ciba, please update my info. I am sure many 02/01 cases will be approved in next few days. Good luck.

What was your actual scheduled FP date? It would be great if you could let us know so that we can keep a track of it. Thank you.

Our scheduled and actual FP dates were the same (03/21/01). We did it in Oakland. Sometime back I also checked the FP status with FBI, they told me that they had forwarded the FP to INS on March 28. Also our case was EB3, RIR and PD was current.

Congratulations! You are the first ND 02/01 on the list (and
the second overall) who got approved! We are all very happy
to hear the good news. This should give us folks some much
needed hope. I am hoping to see more of this kind to prove
that JIT is wrong.
