I-140 approved for CP by mistake
1 month ago called IIO for restored AVM, but it still said this case can not be found at 10:00 am 10/10/01. Afternoon at 4:15pm called again, I expected the same thing, AVM changed to "this case has been approved..."
I was really surprised!!!

I found I-140 approved for CP on 10/8/01, because a lot of discussion in this site. Then I called NVC and entered the EAC# of I-140 on 10/9/01
, it said my I-140 is hold in NVC because I adjust status in US and wait the request from INS.

My case is two days later than yours (ND 01/26/01, EAC-01-088-50xxx), but still waiting. The AVM changed from "not found" to " received" a couple days ago.

Congrats, a quick question, Did you get RFE during I-485 processing?

My ND is 3/8/2001. I am a little worried about receiving RFE.
