hey fellas me too, containing the exploding frustration in this rock like heart, we see the good news in couple weeks, hang on(may be I am still too optimistic after all this delay).

FP 3/28/00, ND:01/18/00-case was on hold for 2 months, just 2 weeks ago went onto the desk of some INS god??!!.

RD 02/15/00

RD 02/15/00, FP Mar 2001, No RFE, no news. Last week spoke to a good IIO she told that case is with officer from 2 months, She told "what this lazy IIO is doing with a old case like this, I am going to take a printout of your case and give it to my lead, maybe this IIO needs a little nudge".

The wait continues, next I am planning to call in AUG end

Same exact ND/RD. Still waiting. Talked to an IIO last week who said it is still waiting to be assigned to an officer (I was told it was assigned when I had called a month back).

In your other post you said you spoke tpo senator\'s office...did you mention about othet members like us who belong to this unfortunate group? ie ND from (10/99 - 03/00)

EB2 RD 2/10/00 ND 2/23/00 - Still waiting

Did FP on 3/21/01. Wife had to re-do FP on 6/2/01. Spoke to IIO this morning. She says no record of FP coming back yet. Don\'t know what to do?
 
Talked again today to IIO, FEB 00 RD

RD 02/00 FP 03/01. Has called IIO for 3 times one for name problem, second for address change and 3 checking the status.

Spoke to IIO again today, she asked for the details and put me on hold came back after 5 minutes and told it is in working hear should hear anything soon. Asked any approximate time frame she told cant tell.

This sucks dont know when we are going to see the light, dont whether we are in a tunnel or a bottomless pit.

Maybe our IIO died and our files got buried with him I think.
