NCSC Tier# 2

I have a question regarding NCSC Tier# 2. If you call and tell you need to talk to tier 2 officials are they really IIOs at VSC or some more consultants. Gurus pls help
 
I talked twice to NCSC # Tier-2 guys....It's nothing more than what tier-1 guys could tell me.... They said they are not IIOs and they mentioned that there is now no way to reach IIOs. The Tier-2 guys also has a very limited access... they can not tell you whther it's been assigned to officer, or whether they have received the FP or not. After heraing their answers, It does not seem to me that they understand anything about immigration or they can really see your case details & updates.

I guess I am asking what to do, my FP1 was done 17 months back, tomorrow I am applying 3rd EAD/AP, there got to be a way out from this freaking mess
 
Tier 1 guys can't see your personal information. When Called NCSC ask them that you need to talk immigration officer. I don't know whether they are Tier 2 or not. But they can see your personal information (Some extent I don't know what extent?).

In my case they verified my home address and other information.
