Hello all,

Can anybody Please help me to understand the difference between processing date and priority date

My lawyer filed a LC ( Regular way ) in July 2001. In August 2002 They converted to RIR. Now INS/DOL site shows Nroth Carolina date to be August 2001. Should I consider that my application was reviewed if I have the same priority date July 2001.

Please advise

Do you mean that they converted to RIR in August 2001??? Or is it really August 2002??
