NC cleared now what

Hi
I just called texas and they said that name check is cleared and the RFE for TB skin test is "Cancelled"
now what, just wait, when did the retrogression happen again.
any new theories, i was out of touch with this process for a long time.
any updates

Just hang in there until your PD becomes current. :p
 
At lease your NC is cleared, keep positive, there is light ahead, I totally understand your pain of waiting, hand in there.

I had called 2 weeks ago and it was pending, i found out last friday it was cleared.
I actually had an RFE for TB skin test, on August 9th but me nor lawyer never received it, and yesterday my lawyer got a call saying RFE is canceled because xray result is sufficient for TB test.

So now again in waiting game,
 
kulkarni_ash - Please check again. I had the X-ray result sent to them when I applied but I got a RFE on oct 15 th for skin test.

I may be wrong, just follw up with them again.

I got email from lawyer saying that USCIS called him and let him know that since the x-ray results are negative, don't need skin test.
I had an RFE on on 9th August for Skin test, but never received it, i had been calling them to resend it, and then all off a sudden i got this news,
will check with USCIS in a week or so and see what happens

sit tight and enjoy a drink.. but make sure you don't drive .. else you will get DUI and that is not good...

Hi Kulkarni_ash, how did you find that RFE was for TB skin test being never received. I have an RFE for my little one, but never received and TSC IO was not able to give RFE details and will resend to attorney of record.
 
The RFE never received to my lawyer or to me, but online it still says there is RFE, i spoke with a lady in USCIS and she says there is no more RFE
