NC 180 days rule additional question

This subject was brought up previously and someone suggested to track approvals. I would like to know how many people we have here who has a current visa number and were stuck in NC but no signs of GC?

As far as I understand they were suppose to be pretty much through by March 10th.
 
March 10 approval

No approval yet. I am in EB1 category. Although, a friend of mine got an e-mail saying welcome US resident this morning.
 
me neither ..... !!! EB3 ROW , PD current since .... Sept. 2006 !!!
I don't trust these guys anymore , i'll start hunting them from now on !!!:D
 
March 10 approvals on trackitt were mostly from Texas.
What is going on in NCS is a mistery:rolleyes:

By looking at the trend of approvals on trackitt one can see that they totally ignore cases that are stuck in NC for real - those are cases from 2003, 2004, 2005 and early 2006.
during past couple of weeks I only saw very few aprovals with old RDs.
What could be the reason? I do not know.
Are they doing some special processing for case that are stuck 2 plus years?
Or these folders are buried so deeply that they are just lazy to find them because other newer case are stacked in the boxes all over those older cases.
This is a very frustrating situation and I'm not sure what can be done. Started again to think about lawsuit
