When in the processing timeline are spousal AOS cases transferred from the NBC (MSC) to the local service center?
How does one determine which local service center is yours?

Has anyone received a LUD on the weekend?
Has anyone received a LUD on a holiday?

Is making an Infopass appointment simply to see how the processing is coming along possible? useful?
We have not waited an excessively long time in our case but are simply curious.

Cases are sent from NBC to your local District Office. Not to a Service Center.

LUDs are received whenever they "touch" your file. Even on Saturdays, I have not heard anything about holidays. But, the whole online system is not very reliable anyways.

Infopass, just for the sake of it, is not going to do anything. Just be patient and wait, like we all did. Unless something is wrong with your case, there is no point to an infopass.
 
Depending on how long you have been waiting an Infopass can be useful. As for the online system, I have no LUD whatsoever, the system still reports that they just receive my petitions...
