NBC is speeding up?

Hey everybody, First post here.
Do you guys think NBC is speeding up their process due to (?less work load or other reasons? )
I have been in the forum for a while, and I found that mine is kinda fast so far, Hopefully, it will keep going like this and I can get EAD as soon and interview as soon, even though i already know that it generally takes 13 months to process i485 in phx area.
I just dont want to be misinformed by this kind of illusion and then keep an impractical hope. For those who are waiting, I am joining you guys. LOL

NBC timeline is independently that how your DO is doing.
Since the creation of the NBC at the end of 2004 things for family based are starting to move much faster in general speaking.
I know several LPR's and all of them said that before was taking almost 2 to 3 years and are from different district offices.
But I can bet that for sure that is not because less load of applications.
