So let me get this straight...USCIS can deny someone an adjustment or revoke your citizenship if you claim to be a Nazi but in broad daylight..a Nazi group is allowed to hold their rally??...

What am i missing here? Shouldn't these people be arrested under the patriot act and have their citizenship revoked?

:D well this group was born in the US. They are "Treated" differently.. :mad:
 
You see, naturalized citizens don't really get to enjoy the first amendment rights due to the fear of being deported.

As far as the citizens that are born here, they simply have nowhere to deport them to.

I wantmygreecardnow have you received any good news on your case? Because i think that it's unfair for people that have been wainting for green card for four years or more aren't getting approved while other cases with ND of 2005 are real close to approval in my opinion i feel that USCIS is going about processing GC all wrong.

Pardon my French. Yes, it is all wrong, as is wrong that any Nazis anywhere should hold a rally.

However, my dad had a theory about America. We watched "Blues Brothers", I remember, and there was a rally by some Nazis somewhere, and the blues brothers made fun of them...my dad said that you are better off letting these freaks think they are important, then surpress it. Surpressed things are dangerous, as unfortunately later on my country proved. Oh well. Let them rot in Ohio, I say, it's enough of a punishment, ha ha :D

If you steal a burger from a fast food shop, your GC will be revoked and you will be deported.

If a citizen kills 10 people, (s)he will still be a citizen.

That's the major difference and problem.
