naturlization denial after how long?

i just wanted to ask if someone was denied, how long does take after that to recive denial letter

It will come as a certified mail, including a box of kleenex tissue to comfort you over the denial. There is no set time in which it will be mailed, only that once it is approved, the denial, it will be mailed to you.

They are supposed to make a decision to approve or deny within 120 days after the interview. If there is no decision after 120 days, you can file 1447(b) to force them to make a decision without more undue delay.

An Officer will tend to work the easy cases first then tackle the more complex cases in their "to do" pile.

Such as:
filed too early,
flunked English and/or Civics
not enough physical presence
broke residence
statutory bars (active communist within 10yrs that does not meet exception)
not a valid marital union
criminal issues (may require a Notice to Appear (NTA before an Immigration Judge)
immigrated by means of fraud/misrepresentation (possible NTA)
multiple issues, etc.....

So, if you think you have a chance of being denied naturalization, it depends on what grounds are involved and how hard the Denial will be for the Officer to write.
