i got a warning ticket (pay fine and attend court are not require) but said no in my application. Am i in trouble? should i mention it during the interview even if the officer might not ask the question?
 
does it effect me in the process of Naturalization

I got the green card from my ex-husband. Now, I have one daugther with my Fiancé, does it will get effect for my Naturalization interview if I get married with my Fiance during the period, because my Finace is on HIB VISA status in USA only.
