I will be completing 5 yr on green card next month. Can someone comment on the following requirement of The Naturalization eligibility worksheet:

1. " I have resided in the district or state in which I am applying for citizenship for the last three months"

Does it mean that one has to be physically be in the district for 90 days? Tomorrow I am leaving for India for 60 days. If I apply after I return, will I be complying with 90 days residency requirement? I have been living in my district since Feb 2008.
 
It means you must have been a resident of your district for at least 3 months, which you have been since Feb 2008. Leaving on a 60 day trip does not break that residency.
