He was a kid who got the green card thru his father. He may not know
much details as those of us who got the gc on our own so he can not
state clearly what really is the case.

Down the road of life, any of us can run into disasters so let's not
be too hard on anyone else. He may be awkward or embarassed to
provide more details but I don't think it is nice to just say "you
deserve it if you get deported".

Come on. Wishing deportation is not good, but do you think this "kid" does not know the details? There is a difference between asking for help and plotting to beat the system.

I sincerely apologies for wasting everyone's time...
I just ate dinner so I was mia for a while...

well if i knew how to delete this post.. i would so that more people don't waste their time

really sorry and thanks for all your concerns

My sincere advise is atleast have your family case discussed with good lawyer who can help if USCIS wants to deport you. if the problem arises it would be very difficult to find and discuss your issues with a good lawyer who can fight for you guys..

I was unable to provide evidence .

How come you were unable to provide that evidence? Did you try contacting your dad's sponsoring employer for evidence?

USCIS ruled that you were unable to establish LPR requirement for naturalization. Whether they will take further action on that decision depends if they decide to investigate further. Just because you could not provide the evidence they requested for naturalization doesn't mean your LPR status is invalid. Instead of wondering if your GC will be revoked, you need to determine if your dad worked for his sponsoring employer. Contact a good immigration lawyer to discuss the consequences of your case further instead of relying on the responses you have received so far.
