a while back I read that there was some discussion going on about at what point an applicant can start their naturalization process. The consensus was that it's based on the approval date on your green card. However, there was some discussion going on about some groups trying to sue USCIS and be able to start naturalization process based on ASYLUM APPROVAL. I was wondering if anyone could please send me the links where I could read more about it. Thank you much.
