Naturalization application for the family

I am process of applying for naturalization for my family in next couple of months. One thing I need help is with application for my daughter and son (11 yrs and 9 yrs old), we all have Green cards. Do I need to fill out N400 for them too? or just for my wife and I? How can I get the citizenship for all four of us at the same time?
 
Just fill out the naturalization form for you and your wife. Once you become citizens your kids become citizens automatically and you can file N-600 to provide them naturalization certificates.
 
Thanks. I am assuming that you are referring to N400 for my wife and me. By the way, can I file N400 electronically? using e-file option.
 
Yes, you fill out N-400 to apply for naturalization. You and wife must each fill out a separate form. There is no e-file option available for the N-400. Once you become citizens, you apply for a separate form called N-600 for your kids.
