Hi,

I owe back taxes for '06 and '07 and i have payment arrangement with the IRS

this will be a problem in the naturalization ?? or do u thinking iwill get denid ?? iam woory if they tell me ihave too pay all the money i owe and come back again coz isend my n 400

and idont have all the money coz ihave many bills too pay

Thank you and God bless you

You are in a better position if some/half of what is owed has been paid to IRS, and there is a clear payment plan for the remaining. This is better than just having a payment plan.
USCIS will not adjucate on your case till they are satisfied on your ability to pay what is owed to IRS.

why not postpone N400 filing till you have taken care of IRS, else you risk unfavourable outcome, not to say loss of filing fees.

Evidence of a payment plan is what USCIS will want to see. How much you have left to pay is irrelevant and does not preclude you from naturalization.

If post#3 is how this works, I stand corrected, as my understanding was something out of the outstanding had to be paid to IRS ALONG with a prepayement plan. Pls disregard post #2.
