Nationality/Citizenship???

What's the difference? In G-325A (Biographic Information), they ask for citizenship and nationality, and I'm not sure what to answer.

My husband is a naturalized US citizen. So do I put, American/USA or USA/American?

or do I put USA/Republic of China??? Because that's what on his passport.
