We filed a joint I-751 in January with the Vermont Service Center. Of course, our case is still pending. My wife called USCIS National Call Center yesterday and the agent provided her with the same information that was available online posted in the middle of August for June 30. When I pointed that out to my wife she told the agent that is the same information that is available online that was posted in the middle of August and asked if he had any more information. He then talked really fast and explained about a service request. I heard something about two months and I asked my wife to inquire if the two months means the service request or the I-751 case. The response was the I-751 case.
One of the reasons that she called yesterday is we are moving in about two to three weeks. The message on the line said to speak with a customer service agent if you are moving within 30 days. My wife was going to provide him with the address, and he stated to call back after we move to update the address on the case, "in case" mail regarding the case is sent out to the new address before we move there. The agent said that she would need to file an AR-11, to update the master database address with USCIS, and to call the customer service line, to update the address on the pending I-751.
Can AR-11 be filled online and during the online filling does it ask if you have any pending cases with USCIS? If we file the AR-11 by mail, would she receive a letter from USCIS that the address on file has been updated?
