Friends I checked my case status today morning and found that me and my wife cases got approved. 
I am posting my details here..
PD - June 2001
I 140 & I 485 (concurrent)
RD - Sep 19th 2002
ND - Sep 19th 2002
I 140 approved - Dec 2002
RFE Issued - Dec 21st.
RFE Replied - Dec 30th
CIS Received - Jan 6th 2005.
LUD changed - 6th, 7th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th approved on 13th.
It took me 28 months for the whole 485 journey.
We shared here our experiences, agony,despair, frustration, anger.
Ican not forget you (of course we dont know each other by name but with our userid's).
I am requesting every body to use the same id's in future when you visit this site
