Hi!
I want to have some opinion from many people.
How do you think about parent having same name as their child?
Actually, in America, some people name their child after their name, but for me it is reversed. I am thinking about name myself same as my child.
When my son was born, I named him after my Christian name. Now, I am about change my name to American name when I have an interview and want to change my original name to my Christian name, which is same as my child.
However, the problem is not the first name. We will have same middle initial too! Even if it is different in full name, middle initials both begin with S. So, If I choose to have same name as my child, we will have exactly same name with same middle initial. Will it be a big problem as far as credit and other things?
Please, give me some thought.

You can have same the name as child. Just use Sr. (Senior) after your name and Jr. (Junior) after your son's name to differentiate between both of you.

You have posted this question on a wrong forum because it's a citizenship (US immigration) forum. So, I'm going to close this thread and will remove it later on. Try to look for the appropriate forum for these kind of questions.

Good luck....
