Names changed in H1 transfer!!! What to do ?

Hello Friends,
I recently got my H1B transferred to another company and received the approval notice. But, my first, middle and last names have been interchanged in the new one. (compared to the previous approvals / passport). My employer says its okay because they haven seen the previous approvals before approving this!! Is this correct? Should I get it corrected ? If so, what's the procedure for it?

You need to send form I-824 along with a letter explaining the situation.

I would say, get it done if possible.
