names absent on reverse side of passport photograph

Hello house, I am one of those selected for further processing of 2014 dv lottery.2014AF00008***. I sent my form DS-122 and DSP-230 to KCC but forgot to write the names of my spouse and 2 children on the reverse side of the passport photograph and also did not attach the passport to each of there forms.I only put the passpot photograph in the envelop that contained the whole forms.can anyone tell me what i should do or can it really have effect on our status?please i need your respose on this.

I would think they would correct that at the interview. However, if you are concerned you could phone them and discuss it with them.

They ask you to write on the back of the photographs in case they are misplaced. So, unless they lose your photos, it shouldn't be a problem.
