one of my friends got a reply from sen aide's office that said the uscis has told them:

“THESE CASES ARE AWAITING A VISA TO BECOME AVAILABLE. UPON A VISA BECOMING AVAILABLE, YOUR CONSTITUENT WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS; XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

THANK YOU.”

does that mean his namecheck has been cleared?:confused:
 
i got same reply from senator office....but when contacted USCIS @ TSC IO told me my name check is pending...and when spoke to IO @ USCIS local office IO told me everything including name check is cleared and waiting for visa to be allocated.................bu******t
