I filed N-400 based on marriage (3 year). I'm not really worried about my name but does anyone know if namecheck (or background check) is done on the USC spouse? My spouse has common arab name, just wondering if that could cause delays. (Even with US passport he tends to get a lot of questions when he returns to the US because of his name).
