Name Spelt Wrong on Medicals

My Doctor Spelt my Middle Name and My wife's Last name (Missed One letter on both) wrong on the Medical Form. I only noticed after I sent it to INS. Every where else its right. Will this pose a problem for me or my wife

I had no problem.

I had a similar problem. My son's middle initial was put as R instead of P. I luckily had no problems. Case was approved recently without RFE.

Don't worry.

I don't think it would be big problem, as Long as you have correct name on the medical cover and on I-485 form. People at INS are not that much stupid. (they are sometimes, but we hope not for like this small error)

I was just curious, if you got sealed cover for medical, how did you know if he spelt wrong ?

Doctor gave me a copy of all the papers he put in. I was validating it . Any way I got a new set of papers with the correct name so its not a problem
