Hi, Guys, Need your urgent help.
I got my receipt notice of I-140 with my name spelled incorrectly. A request letter was written immedicately to USCIS for the correction. Right now, the approval notice is received. Again my name is still wrong. Is there any fast to urge USCIS correct my name? Under this condition, can I file I-485 with my incorrect name on I-140?

Appreciate your great Help!

For faster response, think about taking an infopass appointment and personally explaining your case to an immigration officer. Mailing letters to USCIS and expecting them to take action is optimistic at best.

File your I-485 with the I-140 approval notice and highlight the spelling error. Also attach supporting identification documents such as social security card, driver's license, and birth certificate. and a letter explaining the situation.
