I have a peculiar problem regarding my name in passport vis-a-vis 485 applications.
(lower case means abbreviated and upper case means full form or expanded).
My actual name is K (lastname), SV (middle name), E (firstname).
My 10th grade certificate shows my name as K sv E, my EAD,
driver's license, shows it as K s E.
The name in my passport is entered as K S V E at that time there
used to be only one column for name and I have followed the
pattern of lastname, middle name(s), first name in my visa also
my name was recorded as it appeared in passport.
At the time of applying for 485, I have indicated that K as my lastname, E as my first name and SV as middle name. As I don't have birth certificates, I have submitted affidavits showing the names as shown in the passport.
Now INS has raised a RFE to show the proof change in name.
Does any one have this kind of problem? How could I resolve this?
