Name question

I did not go through a name change during the GC/US citizenship process. I have 2 middle names on the Indian passport and I just stopped using 1 of them on all US immigration paperwork. The US immigration process went about without any questions/legal name change.

Now, as I'm getting ready to apply for the OCI, I realize the name on the US passport does not have the 2nd middle name and so not "exactly" match the US passport. Any ideas how to go about it?
