Name of Director of Philadelphia USCIS office?

Does anybody know the name of the Director of Philadelphia USCIS Disctrict Office? A couple of weeks ago I received a message from the FBI about completion of my name check. Now it is time to start bugging the USCIS... I have this person's fax number but would like to address him personally rather than by title... Where can I find this information?

Please help!

The name of the District Director is Donald J. Monica. I have faxed him several letters at 215-656-7191. Your timeline is similar to mine.......I am waiting for the refingerprinting notice, which was supposedly mailed on August 20, 2004. You also may have to be fingerptinted again because FPs are valid for 15 months.
