name misspelled on Greencard, what to do?

recieved GC in mail days ago. Everything looks ok, except the misspelled name on the card. Right now I have to file the I-90 to correct the error. Should I attached the original GC with I-90 or just the copy of GC? Any one here did the same thing before? Many Thanks.
