I applied 140/485 concurrently in Sept'2005 under EB2 which has a priority date of March 2004. But on 485, EAD and AP receipt notices my first name was missing a letter. I got my Biometrics notice, EAD card and AP and all of them missed the letter in the first name. I did not considered it much of a issue until now thinking of correcting it during the next renewal of EAD and AP i.e in Aug'06. But now it is hitting my mind that if INS does name check for 485 by time I put that for correction then it would be an issue of redoing the name check. Now I am worried.
Guys if anyone had similar issues or willing to provide some feedback on this please do so.
